Grace Fasehun joined the KH | Dunkley team in September 2022, with both Canadian and international legal experience.
Prior to being called to the Alberta Bar in 2019, Grace achieved her bachelor’s degree and her LLB internationally, and she practiced in a common law jurisdiction following her call to the Bar in 2006. She went on to obtain her MBA from the Blekinge Institute of Technology in Karlskrona, Sweden before moving to Canada.
Grace has substantial experience in Residential and Commercial Real Estate. She also regularly acts on behalf of financial institutions, private lenders, and corporate borrowers in connection with secured and unsecured financing transactions. She appeared before the Provincial Court of Alberta, the Court of King’s Bench in Alberta, and the Administrative Court for Family Law matters and Immigration.
Grace is a results-oriented and client-focused lawyer with a reputation for excellence who has the ability to adequately adapt to all her clients’ legal needs. Whether her clients are buying a place they can call home or a commercial property for business, she is right there with them to help navigate the entire journey from beginning to end.
Outside the office, Grace volunteers as a Mentor with the Calgary Region Immigrant Employment Council and Calgary Immigrant Women’s Association. When she is not helping her clients achieve their dreams, she is travelling and spending time with her family.
