Zackary Kirsch in Calgary

Zackary received his Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Political Science from the University of
Alberta in 2017, and his Juris Doctor from the University of Calgary in 2021.
Since being called to the Alberta Bar in 2022, Zackary’s practice has primarily focused on
assisting corporation’s and their shareholders with the sale or purchase of their businesses, and
with the preparation or review of commercial leases, service agreements, franchise agreements,
shareholder agreements, employment agreements, licensing agreements, and loan
agreements.

Prior to joining KH Dunkley Law Group, Zackary worked at another small Calgary based
corporate/commercial law firm where he assisted clients from a number of backgrounds and
industries, including agriculture, cannabis, construction, oil & gas, pharmaceutical, and
veterinary medicine.

In his spare time, Zackary is a “sports junkie” and “book nerd” who lives to watch hockey and
slowly whittle away at his ever-growing book list. Zackary is also a mentor for the University of
Calgary Faculty of Law’s Business Venture Clinic and enjoys providing mentorship to law
students interested in learning how to support the legal needs of small and medium sized
enterprises.
